About me

I am Unnati Kakkad, a fourth-year Bachelor's Degree candidate majoring in Systems and Cybersecurity at Georgia Gwinnett College, based in Atlanta, GA.
Currently, I am seeking an opportunity in the cybersecurity field. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to a dynamic team and help enhance cybersecurity measures for businesses and organizations.

    DaysInn & Suites - Frontdesk                                         August 2016 - February 2019 & May 2020 - Present
  • Simplified the upgraded SynXis system for the staff to adapt
  • Trained new employees on the new system and to manage hotel single handedly
  • Administered third-party commissions from Booking.com and Expedia’s System, and oversaw the process of handling and responding to chargebacks
  • Captivated financial targets by attaining customer satisfaction and accurately processing payment
